my yoga journey

2018. i went to the odd class with friends..found yoga a little ‘boring' & hard to follow

2020. i moved to the UK on my own

life went from…AUCKLAND to BOURNEMOUTH to COVID LOCKDOWNS to

LOOSING MY DAD & i ended up grieving and locked down in a strange land…

i had a lot of time to kill & a lot of healing to do—yoga became my lifeline

(this time around, i fell in love with it)

2023. i began my yoga teaching journey: i felt the affects of yoga & wanted to share them. so I did my 200hr teacher training in london

2024. i decided big city life wasn't for me & left london & my beloved yoga students behind! i started traveling from europe to asia, teaching classes when the opportunity arose

2025. just before moving back to perth & setting up my new home, i completed a 300hr yoga training in rishikesh, india which helped me to more deeply connect & honor the roots of yoga, expand my offerings & enhanced my own teaching style

my classes are playful & inclusive, but they’re also energising & grounding

i want yoga to be a challenge, but a fun one—with a couple of heartfelt shares along the way :)

what yoga does for me

yoga has truly changed my life for the better. it’s helped me:

  • align my body and spirit—i feel calmer than ever

  • strengthen my body—i’m in less pain than ever

  • strengthen my mind—i’m more focused & resilient than ever

  • grow in self-confidence—i have more courage than ever

i love helping others make these very same changes—it’s why I teach
